About Legacy On-Site Solutions NFP

Legacy On-Site Solutions NFP is a Chicago-based nonprofit supporting women returning home from incarceration. We provide reentry housing, case management, trauma-informed care, mental health awareness, mentoring, workforce and job readiness training, legal and employment support, and economic empowerment services. Our mission is to restore women, strengthen families, and build safer communities through structured housing and peer support. By addressing the root challenges women face after incarceration, our work directly helps stop cycles of violence, reduce recidivism, and create lasting stability for individuals, families, and neighborhoods.
